Returns & Exchange

 

At Ride Equine Streetwear we offer returns, refunds, size swaps (if stock is available) and store credit.
Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. 
  • Items must not have make-up from wear or try-on.
  • Must not have any horse debris present i.e. saliva, hair, dirt and sweat. 
  • Items must have all tags and original packaging.
Our returns are not free, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by the customer - please ensure to keep your tracking number once shipped in case of lost parcels.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, pre-sale and sales items cannot be refunded or returned.

ISSUES AND DISCREPANCIES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
